Education & Credentials

Craig earned a Juris Doctor and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Michigan. Craig demonstrated early excellence in both business and employment law through coursework and internships. Prior to law school, he earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Michigan, laying the groundwork for a strong technical educational foundation.

Approach to Client Service

Craig believes that great legal service is not just about knowing the law — it’s about knowing the client. Every new engagement begins with activelistening: understanding the client’s business model, workplace culture, challenges, and goals. From there, he provides clear explanations, realistic timelines, and a plan of action that the client can trust. Rather than relying solely on boilerplate solutions, Craig crafts customized legal strategies. In business law, this might mean designing a unique corporate governance structure that aligns with the company’s growth trajectory. In employment law, it might mean creating a settlement strategy that resolves conflict while preserving professional relationships.

Community Involvement & Professional
Affiliations

Beyond client work, Craig is committed to contributing to the broader legal

and business community. He is involved or an active member of:

  • Michigan Bar Association — Business Law and Labor & Employment Sections.

    Personal Philosophy

At the heart of Craig’s work is the belief that law is not just about resolving problems — it’s about creating opportunities. A well-drafted contract can secure an entrepreneur’s vision for years to come. A fair workplace policy can improve employee morale and reduce turnover. A strategic legal defense can save a company’s reputation and future. This philosophy stems from years of observing how small, strategic legal decisions can have enormous long-term impacts. Craig’s goal is always to help clients make those decisions with foresight, confidence, and clarity
